is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and Environmental and Land Use Practice Group. She focuses her legal practice on personal injury litigation, business and commercial litigation including construction, environmental and land use matters, as well as on town and municipal law issues. Her personal injury litigation experience includes the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants concerning negligence, wrongful death, and products liability issues. Alison appears regularly before federal, state and local courts and administrative panels on civil matters. She also served as Assistant Town Attorney for Niskayuna, New York. In that position, Alison was responsible for matters pertaining to land use and environmental issues, civil service law and general municipal issues. Alison is a graduate of Albany Law School, cum laude, and a graduate of Boston University, cum laude. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
